The Pleiades
The Greek mythology of the Pleiades is a fascinating story. To this very day we can look up into the night sky and see the cluster of stars known as the Pleiades. They represent seven sisters, though one was ashamed that she fell in love with a mortal instead of a god. She is shown on a rock, feeling her remorse. Tho a star is named for her even if she is not with her sisters. Did you know that the Bible mentions the 7 sisters and Orion? Found in the Old Testament, Amos 5:8.
